Paul Baillie

Founder, SCORPII

Enterprise Architect · Operations Strategist · Bay Area, CA

Paul Baillie is an enterprise architect, operations strategist, and business systems designer with 15+ years working across some of the world's largest technology companies in account management and operational leadership roles.

Formally qualified as an Enterprise Architect (TOGAF 9) and Project Manager (PRINCE2), Paul brings a rare combination of technical architecture thinking and boots-on-the-ground operational experience.

He has built and run business systems across multiple entities, from franchise operations to SaaS products, and understands what it takes to turn a founder's institutional knowledge into documented, transferable, and defensible business processes.

Why SCORPII

Founded to solve the most expensive problem in business sales.

Paul founded SCORPII to solve one of the most expensive problems in business sales: the gap between what a business is worth and what it can actually prove on paper.

He works directly with business owners and their brokers to bridge that gap. Documenting systems, deploying operational frameworks, and building the digital infrastructure that makes a business genuinely acquirable.
