You'll receive a short pre-call questionnaire. It takes 10 minutes. We use it to prepare so the 90 minutes are spent on your business, not introductions.
We work through all major business functions: operations, finance, sales, delivery, and HR. We map what is documented and what isn't. We identify your key person risk areas.
Within 5 business days, you receive a written assessment report including your Business Readiness Score (0-100), a gap analysis, and a recommended roadmap for Phase 2.
