SCORPII is founded by Paul Baillie, an enterprise architect and operations strategist with 15+ years working across enterprise technology. Paul holds TOGAF 9 (Enterprise Architecture) and PRINCE2 (Project Management) certifications.
He has built operational systems across franchise businesses and SaaS companies and understands how to make a founder's institutional knowledge documentable and transferable. SCORPII is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and works with businesses across California.
